Oksana Stenyushyna has been a professional driver for only a few years. But during that short time, she grew her business and encouraged more women to become drivers.

Why did you choose to be a chauffeur?
I am very interested in various service industries, one of them is the driver industry. I thought it sounded like an interesting field to work in, so I took the exam, got my necessary licenses, bought a car and started driving for my first customers.
What is it like to work in the chauffeur industry as a woman?
It's definitely special that I'm a woman in this profession. Actually, this is a big plus. Having a female driver behind the wheel is very unexpected, so most customers are happy and surprised. They often start asking why I got into this profession and immediately we have something to talk about.
What do you like about your job?
I love meeting many different people from all over the world. I think it's important to look your best as a driver, so I put a lot of thought into what I wear every day.
I definitely have big plans for the future: I want to grow my company both in terms of vehicles and employees. And since having a female driver is a huge plus for me, I am currently hiring two more female drivers.
Do you have a favorite car?
Mercedes-Benz. I just love them, especially the Mercedes S-Class. For me as a driver there is no other choice.
What’s your message to other women who are thinking about working in the mobility industry?
I think it's great when women become drivers. This is an industry where women can still achieve a lot and our communication skills come in handy. Three things are key to me in this industry: beauty, reliability and professionalism.
